Cometh the Reaper

Jim took on the Jim Reaper moniker in 2009 in order to provide an avenue for his more serious breakbeat output.

His first signed track, "Fast Eddie" was released as part of the Calgary Bass Junkies (CBJ) compilation series, and was signed to Rapid Fire Records for commercial release. The track has been well received and also championed by Boy Wonder of Armitage Skanks, on their NSB radio show.

With his second release "Watchdog", he continues down the nu skool breaks path as part of CBJ Vol.4 to be released September 5th, 2009. This epic track winds up to a massive drop which is sure to wobble your trousers.

With a couple more tunes on the cooker, Jim's working his way towards his first EP release, and two remix projects. Keep your eyes peeled, and don't forget, everyone dances with the Reaper....
